How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. For further details, such as the delivery company and tracking number, please contact our delivery partner Direkt Kurierdienst.


Which parcel service is used to ship my order?

We ship our goods using DPD or DHL. As soon as your package has left our premises, we will send you an email with a link to track whether your parcel is in delivery or has already been delivered.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Whenever possible, we aim to process orders the next day; they leave our warehouse immediately afterwards. Within Austria, delivery takes two to three working days. For other EU countries, three to five working days. We strive to process every order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to factors such as the weather, road closures, public holidays in other countries, etc. We assume no responsibility for this.


To which countries can MEDIHEMP, ALGAVITAL, SATIVA BEAUTY, and VETRIHEMP products be delivered?

We deliver our products within the EU and also to Switzerland and the UK. If you wish to place an order from another country, please check the legal regulations in your country first. We assume no responsibility for orders made from countries that prohibit the import of our products or subject them to additional fees.


Does Deep Nature Project offer a discreet shipping option?

Unfortunately, we do not offer discreet shipping at the moment. However, our packaging material is very neutral. The shipping envelopes are anonymous and contain no reference to the contents or our company.
