How can I place an order?

Purchasing products on the Deep Nature Project website is a very straightforward process. Once you have found your desired product, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click “Add to shopping basket” to add a product.
  2. Click on the shopping basket once your order is complete.
  3. Click on “Go to checkout”. You can log in, register, or go to the checkout as a guest.
  4. Enter your delivery and billing details.
  5. Select your desired payment method.
  6. Confirm your order and conclude the procedure.


How do I find the right product for me on the website?

In the menu on our website, you will find various product categories. They are divided into hemp extracts, algae, vital health products, food and products for animals. If you already know which product you want, you can also simply enter the product name in the search bar in the top right corner of the website.


Do I have to register if I want to order something?

No. You may also place orders with us without signing up, but then you’ll miss out on our promotions and offers. What’s more, once you’re registered with us, you won’t have to keep entering your data again each time you visit, and can conveniently track previous orders.


Can I enter different billing and delivery addresses?

When you are asked for the billing address, you also have the option to state that the delivery address will be different. In the next step, you can then enter the delivery address. Invoice country and delivery country must match.


What additional costs will apply to my order?

For orders within Austria, besides the shipping costs, no further costs apply. For international orders, processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used. For more accurate information, ask your bank before placing an order.


Do the prices include tax?

Yes, tax is already included in the price. However, if you are ordering from outside of the EU, further tax or customs duties may apply. You may have to pay further charges before receiving the goods.


Are there any hidden costs when I order from Deep Nature Project?

No, there are no hidden costs with us. We pride ourselves on our transparency and show you the total amount of your order. During the order process, you will have the chance to check the amount several times before finally submitting the order.


How many products can I order?

You may order as many products as you like in one go. There is no limit.


Is the Deep Nature Project packaging recyclable?

The hemp products from Deep Nature Project are packaged in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes. Our external packaging and amber glass bottles can, for the most part, also be recycled. Caps and pipettes are partially recyclable.


The item I want is no longer available. What can I do?

We are sorry that the item is not available. New supplies are already on their way. Simply check back in with us; you should be able to order the item you want again very soon.


How do I know that the order has been submitted?

As soon as we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. This email also contains an order number and an overview of the items you have ordered. We will also send you an email as soon as the goods have left our warehouse.


What happens after I have submitted my order?

We will send you a confirmation email with your order number. Once the order has left our warehouse, you will be notified again by email. You will receive a link to track whether the goods are still in delivery or have already been delivered.


I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do now?

If you haven’t received an email confirmation, get in touch with us by sending an email to office@deep-nature.at and, if possible, provide all the order details (name, products, order total, email address, time of order). This will allow us to forward your confirmation as quickly as possible.


Will I receive a copy of the invoice?

You will receive an order confirmation by mail after your order. The invoice will be sent by mail as soon as the goods are shipped. If you have not received an invoice, please send us an email to office@deep-nature.at. Our customer service team will then get in touch with you.


What does the packaging look like?

All of our orders are delivered in simple, neutral packaging. We place the invoice inside the package.


How can I change or cancel my order?

We process our orders very quickly. There isn’t usually much time to make any changes. Send us a message as quickly as possible via email to office@deep-nature.at. We can only change or cancel the order if we have not yet shipped it. However, you may reorder or return items at any time.


Do I have to pay tax or customs duties?

The question of whether to expect additional tax, customs duties or other charges depends on the location from which you place the order or to which the goods will be delivered. We assume no liability for any additional fees or delays incurred by the customs office. Please inquire with your local customs office.


Are my data secure?

Here at Deep Nature Project, we adhere strictly to the currently applicable data protection guidelines. Your credit card info and personal data will be transferred via SSL encryption. Furthermore, all transactions made on our page are PCI compliant. We handle your data confidentially and will not disclose it to third parties.


What happens to my data?

All data are handled confidentially. Nothing will be disclosed to third parties or further processed by them without your consent.
